“This is a lovely house, very tastefully decorated. the location is perfect, from the garden you have a beautiful view, but from the roof terrace it is absolutely perfect. “Unser Urlaub in Kalamaki war super! Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was wir benötigten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dort allein zu sein, weil die Nachbarn weit entfernt sind.:) Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. “Eines der besten Ferienhäuser jemals. Da könnte man es auch auf Dauer aushalten. Großzügig geschnitten, voll ausgestattet, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Alles top und alles funktioniert (Geschirr ist immer ein Thema). Nahe der Hauptstraße und doch ganz ruhig. Kleiner Garten, aber schön fürs Auge. Mit Rolltor gesichert. Wir waren voll begeistert. “We had such a great time at the Cozy Houses. Everything was perfect and we felt very welcome. The house looks just like the pictures and it’s super comfortable. Vangelis was also really helpful and kind.There’s a small supermarket, some tavernas and bars just a short walk away. All in all, it’s a lovely little place where you instantly feel at home.We’d love to come back – thanks again!”

“The place is great value for money if you want to stay by the sea and have 3 bedrooms. It is clean and well equipped. The outside area is wonderful. Especially good was that the cook ware was really usable (it often isn't in holiday homes), the well working washing machine and that there were plenty of towels. ”

Achtung für Reisende aus der Schweiz: die Fe-Wo-App kann in der Schweiz nicht heruntergeladen und genutzt werden, deshalb ist die Kommunikation erschwert. Die Anfahrt über das Astouria-Gebirge ist schlichtweg spektakulär und atemberaubend - die Passstrasse ist in tadellosem Zustand (Achtung Steinschlag) und lädt immer wieder ein zum Fotostop. “Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit herrlicher Dachterrasse und einem kleinen aber feinen Hof lässt einen sehr wohl fühlen. Hausausstattung ist prima. Der Kontakt mit der deutschen Eigentümerfamilie ist hervorragend. Vom sehr ruhig gelegenem Haus sind es 15 Gehminuten zum Strand und zur Tavernengasse. In weiteren 10 Minuten ist man im Ort. Vom Haus aus sind verschiedene Wanderwege erschließbar.Klare Empfehlung und wir würden wiederkommen. ”
