“Great location for skiing at Sunday River with a very nice pool to use as a bonus. The property is right next to Roadrunner so it really is ski out and ski in. The outdoor pool is a great temperature and wasn't busy even over a holiday weekend. Typical layout within the condo that was comfortable for our family of 4. Lots of parking space.”

“Everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is stocked with K-cups, tea, and creamers. It also has olive oil, cooking oil, seasonings and lots of cooking pots/pans/dishes. Check-in was super simple, as was checkout. As noted by others, check-out is early (9am) which makes it difficult with children. The beds were very comfy, the heat good (it went to zero when we were there). Lots of hot water. The ski lift is a short walk down the hallway and out the backdoor. Perfect for our...

“The place was fabulous, the only drawback being that the tub in the master bedroom didn't hold water.Fortunately, we only needed to reach out to the manager once with a quick question, because the name of the person to contact that was in our materials was incorrect (he was nice enough to get back to us, to say that he no longer works for the owners of the property and didn't know how to reach anyone.) ”
