During our stay, it didn't get over 76 degrees so it wasn't an issue, These 2 units would not be able to keep up on hot days and they are in the common areas so the bedrooms would not be cooled.The kitchen is not well stocked. This is not an issue if you don't plan to cook any meals.The upstairs bathroom fan works fine. The downstairs bathroom fan needs to be replaced. It takes over 2 minutes to get...

Kitchen had everything I needed to cook multiple meals, living room and dining area had plenty of comfy seating, and it was a nice central location for access to Attitash and North Conway. “The rooms looked exactly like the photos, the house was very charming and welcoming feeling. Inside the house, and the hot tub, were clean and in working order. We appreciated all the small touches like soap, showering needs, dish-ware etc. The deck off the main bedroom was a nice little quiet getaway. The property was well taken care of, The fire pit was perfect for the cool nights and s’mores! The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Thanks from, two adults, three teenagers and the dog!”

Showers were wonderful as was the hot tub. Trevor is a great communicator and got back to us immediately if we messaged him. Great location!
