"We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. "Stor och fin lägenheten i förhållande till priset dock var service och bemötande mycket dåligt. Vi fick byta lägenhet dag två då det läckte in vatten genom taket i den vi bodde i först.
