Staff were good but property lacked maintenance, leaky tap in Bathroom very hard to stop dripping, Key system that turned off fridge when key removed and all power stopped front screen door poorly fitted and rattled all night on third night when it was windy
Nice to stay with the pet. Very convenient to bring a dog as it is pet friendly accommodation and close to a dog park. Public transport is convenient to Wyong Station and Lake Haven Centre shopping.

Looking a bit tired from outside but nice clean room, quite
Staff are lovely. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, blinds didn’t shut properly,a/c worked perfectly but the bathroom/shower had a bad leak that was wetting carpet at bathroom entrance. In general it was a pleasant enough stay
Close to motorway.
The motel is run down. The initial view is poor due to the overgrown front garden and the old paint on reception entrance.
The room smelt of dogs ….in the carpet!! We wouldn’t have stayed had we known you allowed dogs in rooms. Chipped paint around the door frames was a clear indication that the place hasn’t been cared for.
We had a stopover on this place and we highly recommend. It was cleaning and the space was big enough for two of us. We had good assistance and everything worked well.
This was a pleasant place to stay in a very good location for us. The bed was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well supplied and it was very quiet.
There was plenty of room.
We liked the restaurant being on site.
Had to leave after 20 minutes due to loud and aggressive domestic dispute between other guests which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Did not receive a refund.
Manager/owner ? seemed to be totally inconvenienced by our arrival. Receptionist was lovely. Room was clean but dated.
Sunday morning had the fire alarms going off for a solid 10 minutes before we went to see where the owner/manager was, to find him sitting at the desk and complain that this had happened before, and turn them off. Two alarm lights were on separate rooms. (He did do a room check)
We live and learn …

First room unusable due to very strong smell of nicotine. Overall rooms and verandah area need good clean
Some of the property was quite old and dated. And there was dust and dirt around the beds very very thick. Beds were clean kitchen was clean staff were lovely
Peter was grumpy both on the phone and in person -not friendly or welcoming at all .
Place is old and could use a coat of paint and refurbishment to modernise it . Looks like this was ex housing commission apartments.
Parking was not allocated to your room so you can’t park just outside your room.
Noisy drunks fought all night in the next room but there is no-one to complain to as reception was closed .
On the plus , the women working there in housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful.

Rooms clean and comfortable.. Lots of traffic noise as windows not soundproofed and our room was on the main road side. If you need to sleep request a room at the back. WE didn't use the restaurant nor breakfast as we had other plans.
