“Isolation at its finest. We were only here 4 days with 2.6 days of bad weather. Feel like temps of 49 in the middle of August was a shock. Checked out Burlington and Middlebury during windy cloudy days Lake front house was awesome. Not luxury but very homey with everything we needed. Loved being the only one on the lake. ”

“If youre in the area and looking for a one of a kind lake experience this is it. Great location on the lake, great swimming for the littles and teens. Gorgeous views for morning coffee. Highly recommend. ”

“The hotel was so charming and had such historic character. I was very comfortable and enjoyed the aesthetic. I did arrive in late evening (930 pm) on a Friday. Was welcomed and checked in. Did not realize that all the local restaurants, convenience stores, food carry out delivery closed by 8 pm. It would be nice to have a food option for hungry arrivala or let people know there won’t be anything available nearby after 8 pm. ”
