"Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. "Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough.
