“The accommodation was really nice and the staff very helpful. However some of the information we previously received when booking was unfortunately not correct, e.g. the beach was not suitable for a baby and the room couldn't be made completely dark, which was important for us to ensure that napping would be possible for our baby during the day and this was promised beforehand. In addition for the size of the room, it was a bit overpriced.”

“The house was exactly as shown. There is a new house next door which is not reflected in the pictures. We were a little disappointed in the pool/hot tub. We paid extra to have them heated. The pool water was so low we had to put the hose in it. The jets were above the water line. The hot tub was basically empty. Once that was taken care of we used it the rest of the week. “We absolutely loved staying at Heart and Soul! The location was perfect and the house was perfect for our family of four. The plunge pool was wonderful after exploring the many beaches. “The property was clean, quaint and was well supplied with kitchen equipment, toiletries, etc. It's a great location in terms of traveling north or south on Eluethra. Chris was responsive and his trip planner came in handy such as where to go, eat and have fun! Bahamians were friendly and helpful as well!”

“Our second time staying here. Location is excellent- near the Gov Harbor airport, and a 10 minute rasy walk to one of the finest beaches on the planet. “The seahorse apartment is quaint but was smaller than we expected. We were able to switched to the sunset apartment.. Taja responded quickly to our concerns. The size of the refrigerator was too small to accommodate our groceries. So if you want to cook it may not be the best apartment . The location was great.
