“Heater was great, tub drained slowly, but reported to property who were eager to repair. Wifi was far away and low signal and not effective for my switch console or phone. Staff was very friendly and the proximity to the hotsprings was unbeatable. Overall great stay for a quick one-night trip! ”

“It's an older place but for the value it was exceptional. I loved the location...500 yards from eruption brewing and 1000 yards from the hot springs entrance so park it and forget it. I will definitely stay again if I'm in lava”

“Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!”

“While the rooms are a bit rustic, there was a certain charm of nostalgic roadside Americana that I loved about this place. I had extra time so I spent the evening soaking at the Lava Hot Springs a little further up I-15. Perfect for a one-night stopover.”
