VILLA LADYBUG Holiday House with Private Pool is located in Milotski Breg, Žminj - a small traditional village in the heart of Istria, located 30 km from Rovinj, where the nearest beach is located. The house has in total 100 m² and is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room, while on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 additional toilet. There are 3 air conditioners, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the kitchen-living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.
Villa Ladybug is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday for up to 6 people. The courtyard and swimming pool are private and belong exclusively to the guests of Villa Ladybug. The villa is connected to another house belonging to the same owners, but since no one lives in the other house, guests are guaranteed absolute privacy and a relaxing holiday.

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using an existing bed.
PETS: Pets are allowed. No extra charge is required. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
COURTYARD AND SWIMMING POOL: The courtyard includes a terrace with a barbecue – perfect place for the guests to enjoy their time together. The private swimming pool, surrounded by sun chairs, is 35 m² big and is filled with fresh water.
PARKING: Multiple private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the house.

Milotski Breg is a quiet and idyllic village located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Near the village there are forest trails created for exploring by bike or by foot. Milotski Breg is a picture of rural tourism, but it is also close to the town of Zminj, which means that you are a 5–10-minute drive away from the first shop, market or cafe. From Žminj to Pazin is 15km, to Pula 30km. If you head east, west or south, within 20 minutes you will reach the most beautiful sea in the world known as the Adriatic Sea.
