Villa Katherine is an old stone Istrian house, with a perfect blend of modern and rural.

Guests can enjoy the peace of countryside while having access to their private pool, children's playground and game room (darts, foosball, chess, gym).

Ground floor consists of big connected living room and kitchen, game room and laundry room/toilet.

Upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.



The house is suitable for 9 people in total.

Three bedrooms have large double beds, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed and one single bed.

Zminj, the intersection of roads from ancient times, testifies to its rich history with numerous buildings dating back even to the 14 th century.

While sightseeing, make sure to check the remains of city walls from the 15 th century, St Mihovil's Church from 17 th century, or one of the three churches painted with frescos (Church of Holy Trinity, Saint Cross Church or Church of Saint Anthony the Abbot).

Last saturday in August, local party Bartulja is traditionally being held next to the Church of St Bartul.

Below the city of Zminj, there's a calvary from the 18 th century.



Grocery stores, restaurant, bars, pharmacy and a bus station can be found in Zminj - 11 km away.

Nearest beach is in Bale, Mon Perin beach (28 km away).
