“Great view of the lake with easy access to JBLM. ”

“This home has beautiful views of Spanaway Lake. We stayed here while visiting our son and daughter in law who live in Yelm.”

“Great stay!”

“Listing NOT accurate: Only 3 queen beds, 3 single beds, no futon couches, no king bed. It sleeps 10 tops with glasses, plates and cookware for 8 . The listing photo shows trees by the house, reality: there is a view of a car/shop garage with 100 junk cars. The fire pit is not usable, no wood anyway. The house was dirty when we arrived, food was on the kitchen floor and we had to mop up the sticky stuff that was near the bar stools. There were no kitchen towels or hand towels for the bathrooms....

“Beautiful home, great location, and wonderful communication. My family loved staying here.”

“A WONDERFUL HOME in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of driveway parking . You can tell immediately so much thought was put into making this home warm, cozy and inviting inside and out. The furnishings are very comfortable throughout. The large open concept living room and kitchen with plenty of light and large windows exudes a calm relaxing ambiance. The kitchen has very nice appliances and great counter space. The bedrooms are large with comfy king beds and very nice...

“Beautiful setting with fabulous Lake Tapps and Mount Rainier Views! Private and Deer visits.”

“Beautiful house. We loved this little house. It was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was well supplied. Thank you for the added EXTRAS like the snacks, coffee, small LED flashlight and ear plugs at the bedside table. Thank you for hosting our family. Will stay again when I’m back to Washington.”

“This tiny home was super cute and cozy. We had never stayed in a tiny home before and we’re just staying for one night. I’m so happy that we tried it out. I appreciated breakfast and coffee recommendations. We would stay again, thank you!”

“Very nice and mostly quiet unit. Cute little "Welcome Book" that gave instructions, contact information, and provided little tourist areas to go see. Up-to-date appliances and stocked kitchen. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, but everything else was clean.”

“Pleasant place”

“We had a wonderful stay! This charming and cozy home was the perfect size for our family of four. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after busy days attending events at Aspen Farms. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with the essentials. We also appreciated being just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and local amenities. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and proactive in making sure everything was perfect...
