Lägenhetshotell i Gramatneusiedl

“It is a very nice and friendly place to stay. Is very close to Spar, Lidl and Billa supermarket. You will have to walk around 8mins to get to the u1 linez, is not too far and no too close. The rooms are moder I'mn with a very good space. The service is amazing and very kind. The only issue for me is the lack of details in room, for example there are no towels, no broom or something to clean the room, little details you will find will need. “Fräscht och stort rum med kök mycket nära Wien Hauptbahnhof och med en kort promenad till Belvedere.”

“We did NOT enjoy our time here at ALL. Ended up leaving early. The bathroom was covered in mold, had a dank smell and the linens and towels were covered in hair and stains. We left after our first night, and I told the man at the desk to cancel our reservation. He did not and instead they took our money and after attempts to communicate with the manager, they ignored us. Disgusting place, disgusting behavior and disgusting business. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.”
