Unfortunately I wouldn't come back
I visited 5 similar hotels during my 12 day stay, and I had really big hopes for this hotel. If you like "kitsch" you'll like it here. I asked for a room high up, and luckily it was fulfilled. Check-in was great and they were helpful with my rental car (parking). The pool area feels a little bit worn and service "busy", and due to the location among other house there will be a lot of shadows depending on the hour - can be nice, can be bad if you like to be in the sun. Unfortunately my room had some issues. In the night the lights would go FULL ON by themselves, waking me up several times per night. During the day, it would shut them off. I come to a hotel to sleep, that apparently didn't work. The reception said they were "sorry", but at this kind of level that's not enough. I'm not coming back, but can recommend a visit to the bar (not the restaurant), but it needs reservation.

Jag njöt av min vistelse på Bohemia Suites & Spa. Ett extra plus för den uppvärmda utomhuspoolen och spaavdelningens bubbelpool för att inte tala om den underbara panoramamatsalen på åttonde våningen. Rummet var fint, och trots att det låg på första våningen hade det balkong med fin utsikt över trädgård mot strand och hav. Men varför fanns inget tvål på toaletten? Den vask, som fanns i anslutningen till duschen, hade tvål, men inte vasken på den separata toaletten. Trots att jag bad om tvål till toaletten, blev inget ditlagt. Och belysningen hade jag svårt att förstå mig på.

Bra boutique hotell. Trevlig personal, bra matsal samt bar. Utmärkt spa. Perfekt för ett par som önskar lite avskildhet samt bra standard. Däremot är läget dvs platsen Playa del Ingles verkligen inte ett trevligt område och matchar inte hotellet.

Kärleksresa med bästa vän.
Var där 4 dagar med bästa tjejkompis. Underbart fint hotell, fräscht rent och trevlig personal, nära strand. De uppgraderade oss till en svit med 2 balkonger som var helt underbar. Enda negativa var maten i baren, drinkarna var goda men inte maten.

A fab place
First of all this place is just so fantastic so just book it. Must be the best hotel experience in Gran Canaria! The moment you step in to the lobby you are pampered in the best possible way. A drink in your hand and a check in that is smooth and personal. Rooms that are so nice and clean with wonderfull wiews. A hotel restaurant that is really good! Everything feels modern and uppdated. The pool is fab, the poolbar really nice and for me who is a gym nerd the gym is way better than most hotel gyms! The spatreatments where wonderfull and Maria did such a good job! As you can hear there is nothing to complain about! But what make this hotel so much better than others is the staff... They do everything for you too feel great and relaxed. From Juan who takes you coffe order with a big smile in the morning to Maria at the spa and the amazing staff in the recepcion! I would gladly give this place six stars if possible

The Hotel is convenient however the room are small. The services, restaurant and bar are located to top floor and no activities or services on ground floor are available except for pool bar which close early. The rooms terrace has 2 glass like chairs which not are convenient.

Due to the proximity to the beach all suites as well as the restaurant and bar offer mesmerizing views of the ocean and dunes. The hotel is one of the most emblematic establishments in the Canary Islands since its rebuilding in 2013 to a 5 star boutique design hotel, due to its innovative and daring design. We regret that the design and the contemporary decoration did not meet your personal taste. On our website, as well as on this site we show many pictures of all areas, from the entrance to the rooms and also exact details about the room types, equipment and room size are given. In this way, our guests have the possibility to see how our hotel looks like and to select the room type that most adapts to the individual needs and wishes. Vi var på detta hotell för ett år sedan och allt har blivit proffsigare! Skönt ställe med bra sängar och kuddar! Fint spa och bastu! Det som inte är fem stjärnigt är att service och kvalite varierar mycket! Beställde samma kötträtt två dagar efter varandra och första gången perfekt kött andra gången var 1/2 biten bara senor! Vi kom inte in på rummet när vi skulle gå in och vi fick ett reservkort och personalen skulle komma upp med de nya när dom startat om systemet, men vi fick själva ordna ned korten dagen efter. Vi betalade 200 euro för att kunna ta i mini varen och kunna skriva upp allt vi åt och drack på rummet men mini baren var ändå låst! Detta är en oas mitt i det kletiga playa ingles!! Vi lämnade inte hotell området för det behövs inte allt finns och det är trots skiftande kvalite väldigt trivsamt!!

Rummet är för litet för 2 personer och man kan inte duscha privat, man får för lite för pengarna. Restaurang menyn blir snabbt tråkig och trots att jag äter små portioner så var dessa för små. Har bott där flera gånger så jag tycker om hotellet.

En mycket nöjd kund
När jag kom till hotellet så var det först incheckningen, där började vistelsen på detaljerna fantastiska hotell. Jag fick sitta ned o blev bjuden på något att dricka medan incheckningen pågick, sedan fick jag en rundtur av hotellet medan någon bar upp mina saker till rummet. Servicen var utmärkt genom mina 14 dagar på hotellet. Restaurang 360 på övre planet var dyrare än andra i området me det var också en mycket lyxigare restaurang med utomordentlig service för att inte prata om baren i anslutning till restaurangen. Det enda jag saknade var en vattenkokare på rummet. Pool områdena var mycket bra. MM

Fantastiskt hotell för den designintresserade
Restaurangen utmärkt, avsmakningsmenyn över förväntan och frukosten perfekt. Mycket välhållet hotell med känsla för detaljer och med många fina designlösningar. Små rum. I vissa fall har designen fått prioritet över det praktiska.

Friendliest hotel ever !!
My wife and I had one of our very best hotel stay ever at Bohemia. The hospitality and friendliness of all the employees were great and the service offered were outstanding. We will for sure be back for another stay in the future.

Fantastiskt!
Ett helt fantastiskt hotell med otroligt bra service! Frukosten var den bästa vi har ätit och hela vistelsen var verkligen en dröm! Vi bodde i en juniorsvit så smakar det så kostar det men gud vad det var värt det!

Mycket trevligt hotell. Frukost längst upp var kanon. Restaurangen längs upp på kvällen har helt klart höga ambitioner men lyckas inte hela vägen. Bra restauranger runt omkring är det brist på. Lunchmaten i barenvid poolen var bra. Drinkarna höll hög klass. Trevlig miljö rakt igenom. Vad man väntar sig av ett designhotell i den här prisklassen.

Allt i toppskick, fantastisk design, mycket exklusivt wellness/spa som ingick i priset. Utmärkt frukost av hög kvalitet med mycket fin utsikt över hela Ingles och Maspalomas öken. Poolen skulle fått vara varmare. Fin balkong. Rekommenderas verkligen.
