Just minutes from Granby Ranch Skiing, and Free Shuttle to Winter Park. Lots of comfy sleeping, In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is a bonus room with a pull our queen sized bed.

The space
This cabin is in the cutest most family friendly neighborhood in Granby! 25 cabins surrounded by 3 stocked ponds and the Fraser River. Within steps of the cabin is a hot tub and an outdoor heated pool open Memorial Day weekend - Sept (sometimes earlier & open sometimes later - just ask!), a kids play area too. Fishing is allowed with a pole for the kids at the kids pond and all ponds and the Fraser river allow fly fishing.

House is minutes from Granby Ranch Ski area and just 22 miles from Winter Park (a shuttle is available from downtown Granby - just 3 minutes from the cabin), and for cross country skiing Snow Mountain Ranch is just a 10 minute drive.

This cabin is set up for Comfort! Two bedrooms with King Sized beds, a third bedroom with a full over full bunk set, and a bonus room on the main level with a pull out queen sized bed.

The master bedroom is upstairs with king sized bed, dresser, closet, private bath with tub and shower, and opens to a deck with lots of seating and a fire pit to enjoy. Has a television and comfy bedding.

The guest bedroom also has a king sized bed, television with Netflix, large closet, and a great laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. In the closet you will find a set of drawers as well as baby gates and a pack and play.

The middle upstairs bedroom hosts the full over full bed, closet with drawers for storage and extra storage space under the beds and in the cabinet in the hall.

Hall bath has a nice sized shower, places for storage, lots of towels, wash cloths, and hooks! Both upstairs bathrooms have hair dryers, and all bathrooms have soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

All bedrooms have full length mirrors, drawers to unpack things in, hooks to hang towels and coats, and lots of space under the beds to store away luggage! The hall chest contains games, books, cookbooks, and beach towels. And there are more toys in the bench in the family room on the main level.

The downstairs bathroom is a full bath with a shower. Every bath has lots of towels stocked and many hooks to hang your things on.

The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cooking utensils and supplies. Blender, Instantpot, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, crock pot, and mixer - along with cookie sheets, rolling pins, some spices, and many roasting containers for cooking or left overs. Gas stove, big refrigerator, and dishwasher too.

The bonus room in the front of the lower level has a queen sized pull out couch and can be a work room to get away from the action as the pocket sliding door can be closed for privacy. The closet in this room contains many supplies for your use - first aid (heating pad), tools, shovels, high chair and more!

The comfy family room boasts a large reclining sectional, a direct vent fireplace for instant coziness, toys, throws, television and remotes! Television has Netflix, Youtube TV, as well as Amazon Prime. This room opens to a lower deck that looks out to the waterfall pond area just steps from the pool and hot tub. On the wrap around deck you will find lots of seating, a table that expands to seat 10, and a barbeque grill (propane powered).

The dining area has plenty of seating for your group - two benches and four chairs - additional chairs are there in case you need them.

We bought in Edgewater as there are so many things to keep you busy right there in the neighborhood while waiting for others to get ready, etc. AND there is an endless list of things to do offsite - all times of the year! The proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park (our favorite place to see elk & moose - ask us for the secrets!), Grand Lake, Granby Lake, and Winter Park make for so many memory-making opportunities!

Swimming Pool: opens as soon as night time temps are above freezing (sometime between Memorial Day weekend and mid June) and stays open through September.
Hot Tub is open 7 days a week all year round.
