“Nice location, large spacious unit close to beach. Availability of car to use was a great plus. Jens was helpful and was able to assist me with places to eat and where to pick up groceries. Outside door lock was a problem that needs to be addressed. And normally soap or shower gel are available in rental homes which were not made available here. But other than that I would recommend it for a great Grand Bahama vacation!”

Les gens sympathique vraiment tout était parfait. Il n'y a pas grand chose pour se promener à pied autour, une auto est nécessaire, c'est la seule raison que ma note n'est pas parfaite. Notre condo était tout à fait ok, mais situé sur une rue qui est parfois bruyante, un petit désavantage.Mais il a une belle vue tout...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the living room and balcony was spectacular! Great little fishing spot. Loved walking to the Port Lucaya Marketplace just about every day. We rented a car and were able to see many of the sites, Garden of the Groves, Gold Rock Beach, Pinder’s Point Lighthouse and the fish market in Freeport. Highly recommend! Thanks Ivan and Pat.”

“A wonderful little apartment in a Perfect location near beach”

“We stayed at Villa for one month during the Covid Pandemic. we were supposed to be there longer but our government forced our return home with astronomical fins. that being said. our time at the Villa Martinique was amazing the best beach of the Island is 500meters away. Lucaya market is 1.5 km walk away, for groceries 3k, walkable in less than half an hour. The Test clinic for COVID19 is also 2.8k away. In other words, The location was great and the apartment was clean with a great balcony...

“Very nice place to stay”

“This place was the best! It was just what our family wanted. We had an affordable 3-bedroom unit for 6 of us. We spend countless hours on the patio overlooking the marina and a short walk to either pool. They have tennis courts, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, etc. Convenient restaurant and bar onsite. We rented a vehicle onsite and traveled all around the island. For those who did not rent a vehicle, there is a shuttle that runs to the market and the beach most days. We try not to go back to...

“The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told.”
