This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. “Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. “Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

“Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house.
