“We had a fantastic trip! The house is beautiful and you can’t beat the views of Lake Champlain.”

“Loved the location! Quiet, serene. Plenty of space in the house”

“Spacious, clean house on the lake with a large table to play board games, and a great view of the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family get together. The instructions were clear. Thank you (to the host, who was communicative).”

“The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called...

“Very clean and conveniently located to downtown and airport.”

“This house is so beautiful and the backyard was great for the dogs!”

“We stayed twice in one month, and the owner made a couple purchases that we requested. Thank you for the washcloths and extra coffee mugs! ”

“Property was nice and as advertisedHost was awfulWe had an issue upon arrival it had not been cleaned prior to us getting there. I contacted host and she immediately had somebody there to clean it, but was quite rude about it.We moved onBut then… Two women renting this place and on our final morning as we were removing sheets from our bed, we found men’s shorts at the foot of the bed tucked between the two sheets so clearly the sheets had not been changed from the prior guest stayAgain, two...

“We really enjoyed our stay. There was some issues with the AC unit downstairs, but Dave quickly resolved it. The bed was a 10 out of 10!!! Would stay here again for sure!”

“Great place and A communication in extenuating circumstances”

“Erin was very good at communication giving us all the information. The views of the lake were amazing and it’s the best sunset I’ve ever seen.”

“This house is a 10/10. The location, setting, house itself, and staff were incredible. We will absolutely be back!!! Could not recommend more!”

“Nice place walking distance from airport. Easy to get in and out. Way better than a hotel for late arrivals or early departures”

“What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in...

“Good”

“Positives: House is in a great location. Close to the lake front area and Church St area. The host had filled the fridge with bottled water and there were many snacks in the kitchen. Even a bottle of welcome wine. Bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels and wash rags. Also extra bathroom stuff like toothbrushes & toothpaste. We accidentally tripped a breaker and the host fixed it promptly. There is a covered outdoor area with tables and chairs that is great to have for morning...

“Thank you very much for the hospitality! We really enjoyed our vacation, staying in your stunningly beautiful house. It's simply a piece of art, cozy and welcoming in every corner. Sincerely,The Bernikov Family”

“We just finished a two-night stay here, and it was absolutely excellent! The property is beautifully well-kept, spotless, and it feels like the hosts truly thought of every single detail to make guests comfortable. We loved the layout—there are big TVs everywhere you look, and the private movie theater was fantastic. The outdoor setup is a huge highlight: the hot tub was great, there is a nice covered area right next to the grill, and having two separate firepits (one by the driveway and one...
