Best newly constructed, downtown, long term discounts accepted, just 4 blocks to mainstreet shops resturaunts, bars, city park 1/2 block. Mtn bke trails 2.5 miles. This guesthouse is separate and private from the victorian duplex on the front of the property and your access can be from Chipeta street or from the back, (closer) with 2 private parking spaces. Security codes for gates front and rear. A well appointed 1 bedroom King bed with additional murphy bed in livingroom, central air, private patio/BBQ

Our trip did not disappoint! You should feel pampered on vacation and we did! So many special touches makes Tom’s place a perfect retreat. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need including spices and anything ends you need to cook including a private outside porch with grill. The local candies were amazing. Lots of coffee options so if you have a short stay, there is no need to run to the grocery store. Baskets of snacks and supplies to make muffins were so helpful to avoid the hangry feeling when you arrive. We brought bikes and we always worry about where we will put them. Their storage under the apartment with deadlock and key made it really easy to travel with bikes. The neighborhood is very quiet and bed was comfy. So close to downtown as well. We are in GJ often to visit out CMU student. We will be back!

I was surprised that any place could have that many 10 star ratings. After staying there, I would have given it more stars if that would have been possible. It was the best! We never moved our car during the stay because we could walk to everything. It was clean and the bed was great.

This was one of the best places we have stayed with vrbo. The extra amenities were great. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, water and muffins.We loved being able to walk to downtown restaurants. We would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful property with everything we needed for a fun weekend in GJ. Very Clean and modern space with a well appointed kitchen. Not often do you find a thoughtfully put together kitchen in a property. Location was perfect to stroll downtown and take in the shops and restaurants. Easy walk to mainstreet center. Our son goes to mesa so, we will definately stay again for visits.

This property is new and clean. Tom thought of every possible amenity and supply/toiletry. Super close and convenient to everything in GJ yet quaint. The bed was comfortable and we slept well after hiking at the CO National Monument. Thanks Tom for a wonderful, seamless stay!

Baseball trip

This was by far the best Vrbo experience my husband and I have had. When we first walked in we were excited the air conditioning was running and house was comfortable all weekend, considering the high 90 temperature. The place was clean and had a nicely stocked and appeared newly finished and decorated kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The welcome note and local box of candy was a super nice touch, along with the muffin mix and muffin pans ready to bake Tom was very responsive and the posting is on point. Location was perfect - close to downtown. We will definitely like to stay again if available for our next travel sports trip for our grandkids!!!PS the notes on the appliances and throughout were very helpful and made it easy to enjoy all the amenities.

The property is exactly as described and pictured. Close to downtown, easy walk to restaurants. The bed was so comfortable and the cool air conditioning was great to come back to when it was hot outside. This is the most equipped rental I’ve ever stayed at. Tom, the owner has thought of everything and some extras! We will be back.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful upper garage unit conversion (would not recommend for people who have trouble with stairs). Clean and updated. Close to downtown. Very welcoming with snacks and muffins to make, Easy check in/check out. Will stay again!
