We had a great time visiting Grand Junction Easter Weekend. We were there to visit our daughter enrolled at Colorado Mesa University for the holiday weekend. Downtown was great - lots of restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place feels clean and new; quite a nice en suite primary bath. The host was very responsive to my inquiries.The listing said it sleeps 5, but we couldn't locate the fifth sleeping space; unless it was the couch and we used it!

I really enjoyed my stay! The unit was spacious and comfortable and very clean. I loved all the little extras that were provided. There was filtered water in the refrigerator, snacks to enjoy in a bowl on the counter, and my favorite toffee from Enstrom's along with a personal card when I arrived. I think I missed when I made the reservation that the unit was up 16 stairs. Still, it was lovely. So many thoughtful touches like charging cords on either side of the bed with multiple ends for whatever you might need to charge! Also, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion; everything you need to feel right at home! The location is within walking distance to downtown Grand Junction where there are many restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay there again!

Everything was perfect! I appreciated all the attention to detail and the niceties, such as waters, snacks, shampoos.Also, the close proximity to town within walking distance (two blocks) to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

The host, Tom, has this VRBO dialed. Easy communication, clear labels and instructions in the unit, and everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room in this 2-bedroom unit. Comfy bed and nice shower. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and quick (car) access to the National Monument and lunch loops trailhead. Would recommend.

The location was fantastic (walking distance to downtown) and the house itself was one of the best rentals I have ever seen. Tom really set this place up with everything you might need, and I cannot tell you how refreshing and relaxing it was. Goong to GJ? Rent this place!!!

We had a wonderful time at this guest house! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, and well stocked, and perfectly located. The storage area was an extra convenience to store our bikes and ski gear. Communications with the host were always prompt, friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is where we will stay whenever we return to Grand Junction!

An amazing property with all the amenities you could want. Bathroom products, were above and beyond. Muffin mixes, snacks,coffees, teas were plentiful. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree and lights to make it feel like home. Highly recommend this property and the hosts!!! Love love love.

If i could give 10 stars i would. This home is spectacular. Brand new, immaculate, expertly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Tom was a great communicator and made our stay so comfortable with snacks, baking supplies, even lotion and shampoo. Oh and that master bath shower was awesome!!!!I dont think ive ever been ao pleased with a vrbo stay!

Everything that we expected and much more!

The house is beautiful! Located in a wonderful neighborhood that is close to the main street area of Grand Junction. There are so many great places to go and see that are just a few minutes away. Tom, is a wonderful host. The communication was perfect and there was everything you could think of in the house to make it a perfect stay. We plan on visiting the area again and we will definitely try and make reservations here again. If we could give more tgan 5 stars, we would!!!!!
