“ Erin made check in so easy! And responded right away to any questions we had. The cottage/cabin was perfect for us 4 adults. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio enjoying the treetop views and listening to river. The hike down to river is not as far as it looks from patio!”

The location was ideal for going into the less-crowded Kawuneeche entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and for exploring downtown Grand Lake. “Very comfortable and tastefully decorated cabin. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the evenings sitting with our feet propped up on the reclining couch in front of the wood burning stove. The beds and pillows we’re comfortable and the bedding smelled lovely. The only downside is that the bunkhouse isn’t connected so if you have to get up in the night to use the restroom you have to go outside to get to the cabin. The cabin is located a...
