    Denna vackra nybyggda stuga är inte en del av ett större kommersiellt komplex av hytter (som Lemmon Lodge eller Columbine Cabins) men det är en fristående privatägd stuga. Det ligger i den lugna delen av staden Wood Pecker Hill i den historiska staden Grand Lake med gångavstånd till sandstränderna, strandpromenaden på Grand Avenue och de klassiska vandringslederna i Rocky Mountain National Park.

    Ta in den fantastiska utsikten över Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake och Mount Baldy genom kabinens öppna planlösning och stora bildfönster.

    Andas in i den färskt bergsluften och fånga Colorado sol på det stora nya däck och glöm inte att stirra på Vintergatan på natten.

    Mysigt upp av den vedeldade spis efter en lång dag på sjön eller i bergen.
    Och upplev det dyrbara vilda livet runt omkring dig. Äggen gräver ofta runt stugan, och vi har sett älgar, björnar, revar, ugglor och örnar i området.

    Grand Lake erbjuder spännande aktiviteter och äventyr sommar och vinter, med några av de bästa ATV ridning och snöskoter i Colorado, mountainbike, flugfiske, vandring och Grand Lake Golf Course som fördubblas som ett nordiskt skidcenter på vintern.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin in Grand Lake. Cabin was very clean and had a great balcony to enjoy wonderful lake and Mountain View’s. It had everything we needed and look forward to visiting again. Host was great with communication.

College getaway

Our son wanted a last family get away to Grand Lake. The cabin is very quaint and perfect for a family of four. Neighbors were very friendly-easy to get around town.

Great stay in Grand Lake

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was just what we were looking for. The host was very easy to work with. Grand Lake was awesome and we had a fantastic location.

Great Place!!

This is a well-maintained cabin in an excellent location. Walk to the town of Grand Lake and just a few minutes drive to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. I'll stay there again I'm sure.

This lovely cabin was everything we hoped for. The furniture was comfortable, the deck was great, and parking easy. Maria was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back.

Cozy cabin

This property had amazing views and an ideal location for getting around. We walked to town to get breakfast and then just kept on walking to Adams Falls. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy an incredibly beautiful area.

Fantastic cabin

Wonderful cabin. Perfect for 2 kids, 2 adults. Close enough to town for easy access but set up on the hill for beautiful views. Great host. Will try for this again next time we go to Grand Lake.

Great mountain and lake vistas! You won’t want to leave the spacious deck or stop looking out the large windows. Gorgeous views all the way around. Everything you could possibly want or need is within walking distance or a very short car ride. This cabin is wonderful!

Cozy Winter Cabin

The cabin is super cute for a cozy winter getaway. The location is perfect and the views are amazing! We had a small issue with the heat, and the host was super quick to respond and problem solve. We will definitely be looking at coming back in the summer months!

Perfect for family of 4

We really loved this cabin. The bedrooms were perfect for 2 adults and 2 children however a 3rd child could sleep on the couch that converts to a bed in the living room also. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was super clean. The view was awesome. We will rent again if we go back to Grand Lake.

Wonderful stay in Grand Lake

We had a lovely visit in Grand Lake at this charming cabin. The cabin was equipped with everything that we needed and my daughter loved the room with bunk beds. The location was great, far enough away from town but still accessible to everything. The neighbors were very nice and the area was quiet. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Cabin. Lovely View.

The cabin was quaint with beautiful views of Grand Lake both from the deck and inside the bedrooms/living room. The decor was tasteful and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The market at the bottom of the hill was very convenient for shopping. The only challenge was the steep walk back up the hill!

Cozy with everything we needed

Walking distance to downtown Grand Lake. Great views of the lake. House stands on its own, so very little noise from neighbors. Extremely accommodating for what you need for a nice stay. Second bedroom is decked out in everything a young family with children would want to keep them busy on a cold day. Loved this place and would return.

Cottage With a View

This place was perfect! The extra large windows gave views of the lake and mountains in all directions, so beautiful to look at. The cottage was very well stocked with all the little extra's that come in handy. Very close to town and also the entrance to RMNP where we spent all of our time! We hope to return in the future!!

The cabin, and view were 300 a night… the master bed, was horrible… it felt like sleeping on a beanbag chair… I ended up sleeping on the couch for the 3 nights we were there…

Charming cottage overlooking the lake

It was just as pictured, nicely furnished, well organized and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked, which is important to us because we mostly cook in. As an added bonus, if you are there over the 4th of July, you can see the fireworks from the deck. As an aside, I would also recommend the pancake breakfast offered by the Rotary.

Great experience

The cabin is located minutes from the park’s eastern entrance. Fantastic for early AM trips to catch the elk. Trails far less crowded than on the Estes Park side. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice market just down the hill. Owner very responsive!! Trip over the mountains to Estes Park is well worth it!

We had a very nice stay. The views are magnificent! The cabin is very well equipped and it's very enjoyable staying there. It is in close to everything - the lakes, the national park, shopping... Highly recommended! To note: We booked through wotif.com but the administration of the booking was through vrbo. Messages regarding entry code etc. were sent by vrbo which was no issue, but for contacting the host directly (as offered by vrbo) we would have needed to have an account with vrbo - which we didn't have and didn't want to open.

Great scenery!

This is a quaint cottage when you just want to get away. The deck views are wonderful. Nice place to sit and drink a glass of wine, and when night comes you get to look at amazing stars!
