*Winter offers snowmobile access right from the home directly to miles of snowmobile trails! *No need to trailer in*!

* This home is located in the fire zone from the East Troublesome Fire in 2020, which took most of the homes in Sun Valley. The area is rebuilding, but large portions of our trees are sadly gone. The spirit of Grand Lake is strong, and the recovery process is well under way! The vegetation is returning, and we continue to recover and tell our story of surviving the 2nd largest wildfire in US history*

- No power craft (electric or gas) of any kind are allowed on Sun Valley Lake.
- **Because of the remote mountain location and proximity to the wilderness, there is higher iron content in
the water, which can leave an orange residue. It is safe but not everyone is accustomed to it. We do recommend purchasing bottled water for your visit.
