“Was an amazing place to stay but there was no propane for grill 😭 . And bed room tv didn’t work ”

“Internet worked well, bed was comfortable. I slept on bed with two babies, my older two children slept on pull out couch. It didn't look the most comfortable but my kids are seven and five so they're not very picky and they didn't complain. My husband slept on the Murphy bed solo. He said it wasn't the best but it's a Murphy bed at a vacation rental, so it was ok. Grand lake has a decent amount of food options well within walking distance so it was nice. We walked down to the lake and hung out...

“We were under the impression that it had a river view by the pictures.. You could hear full conversations of the neighbors as it was a lock off. The mattress was foam and had many holes in the foam no mattress pad, and terribly uncomfortable!!! We saw the holes because the instructions told us we had to strip the bedding when we were through. All the furniture and mattress were from a second hand store or estate sale as we saw price tags. We were very disappointed especially due to the price...

“This was a great location and felt very clean. But there was serious false advertising- was listed as 3 bedroom 3 bathroom but it was only 2 bathrooms so that was a big disappointment. We also ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There weren’t any extra blankets, towels or pillows and that would have been nice to have a few extra because we did have 6 adults. ”

Everything about the property is ideal - city central location, a code protected garage space, elevator access within steps and even a wagon to help you move things easily. The property is so comfortable and the attention to detail is stellar. Great balcony with grill and umbrella table set - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Other amenities were also outstanding from the coffee bar to the laundry detergent...
