“The service at the Grill was utterly chaotic, with items delivered out of order or not at all until servers (there were several, and it was never clear whether anyone was in charge) were reminded. The food at the Grill was unremarkable at best. Service, food, and prices were much better at the bakery.”

“Lovely remote lodge in beautiful area. The room is small, but well appointed. You will lose cell seevice on the gorgeous Gunflint Trail, so make sure you have saved your check in instructions beforehand. Note that many lodges on the trail have restaurants, but not this one, so bring food with you before you arrive. They are last on the trail except a campground, so once you’re here, you’ll need to have everything. I came thinking I might get to see the Milky Way since it’s so remote, but there...
