âGot a voucher for 12 usd when I made me reservation. No one noticed that and I had to argue with restaurants that n the area and still they could not solved it. For the future it is much better if you give the guests a paper voucher as they do at the sister hotel cinnamon red when you Check in. Also a difference when the staff of cleaning make the room, sometimes toothbrush and refill of water and other days not.

"We enjoyed very much to stay at this historical, colonial hotel. You could really feel how it must have been and still is, this very fashionable luxury hotel.
