“This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

“Staff was listing off all the things they couldnt do for room service. Offering no help. All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. I only asked if my room could be cleaned bf 2pm. I was told no. Very unhappy.”

“The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast.”
