“We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years...

“This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

“This property must be relatively new. Everything was in great shape. The person who checked us in was very nice. We did not partake of any breakfast due to our schedule, so I can’t comment on that. Otherwise, we would definitely stay there again.”
