Lovely hotel! Neighborhood is a bit shady in the evening but other than that it's a fantastic hotel. I would stay again.

expérience décevante. : L'arrivée nous avons du attendre le 16 heures pour obtenir notre chambre malgré notre arrivée à 15 heures. Machine a café ne fonctionne pas et le lavabo ne se vide pas. Nous appelons la réception qui nous informe que quelqu'un passera. Aucun nouvelle de ce retour avant notre départ du lendemain matin. Le matin, la douche ne fonctionne pas, nous réussissons à obtenir un filet d'eau mais incapable de fermer le système malgré des multiples efforts. Nous avisons la réception, aucun retour après 30 minutes. Nous sommes partis en annulant le déjeuner prévu à l'hôtel. Bye Bye le Bonne Entente

Our stay started with us going into our room and another family was still in there! They had already cleaned the room so. As to come back and reclean as the beds were a mess!! The WiFi lost connection non stop. We couldn’t use the cable or apps. The apps had someone else’s info and we couldn’t sign out of it….would’ve been fine except it was in French which we do not speak fluently. We requested help several times….it did not work the entire stay. The WiFi is awful. Bedrooms do not have tv’s which just should be noted somewhere. Two of the bedrooms do not have windows…also should be noted also. No bureaus in any bedroom just the entry closet. The shower is a bit confusing but the lack of water pressure was worse. Positives: the location is very nice. The view from the living room is pretty. The staff when I called about anything was responsive and polite. I have to say there are so many lodging options and the exceptional ratings our hotel was given I expected more…simply making sure WiFi works would be a huge plus. Not that we spent tons of time in the room but when we had down time we couldn’t have watched tv/apps if we wanted to.

Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access.

Bra hotell för priset. Inte superläge, men gångavstånd till allt.
