“We lived in this hotel on 4th july. It was a terriable experience.There were bugs in that room.In the morning my wife saw the bug which climbed to her arm.she got bitten in arm,chest,leg and waist.it was bloody.we asked half of the price back.but they refused.It is totally low and respectless. It was noisy outside.The room smelled moldy and strange.the carpet and toilet were dirty.We darenot speak in the room.because we can hear clearly the couple speaking in another room.There was no breakfast...

“The room was warm, clean and cosy, comfy bed, bath towels a bit small, had a room with mountain view of Dow Crag & Coniston all be it a little restricted, the food was very good in the evening & the breakfast had a great choice and very tasty, staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a very peacful place to stay quiet at night no noise from other rooms will defo stay again it has been one of our better choices”

“Right on the edge of Grasmere village, a maximum 10 minute walk. Suite was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Two pubs within walking distance, the best being the Travellers Rest, excellent food. “A private home from the 16th century with a very welcoming host and hostess. Marketed as "luxury B&B", and that's an apt description. The drawback is that it's located between villages, so any dinner requires a drive (and therefore no beer or wine). Personally, I'd had a big lunch and a tiring drive through the Yorkshire Dales, so I skipped dinner.”

“Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct.
