“Spencer was an amazing host. The apartment is very large and well appointed. There was a small issue with the shower door gone misusing but we didn’t mention it because Spencer was clearly on top of it already. The location is great right next to the main drag. I recommend this place and would stay here again. ”

“My family and I drove from the Youngstown area to visit the Cincinnati Zoo & Kings Island. The house was located in a very nice area and was the perfect distance from each of our destinations. It was very private and safe feeling. Nice large yard, however we wish the grass had been cut for our kids to run around in. There was also a bit of a rodent odor in the basement. Overall I would recommend to anyone with a family of 6 looking for a nice, private getaway to the Cincinnati area! ”

“Great house for a couple’s getaway. Close to Miamisburg trail head. Lots of great little spots in town to eat and explore. The hot tub was great and it was nice to pair up with your phone music. Neighborhood was great. We loved all the variety in the neighborhood especially the whimsical decor and diverse landscaping. Great stay overall!”

“This is a great location with nice and elaborate rooms. Each room is very spacious and has it's own AC control. All items worked as expected and didn't have any issue appliances or accessories like soap, shampoo, towels etc Only complaint is the multiple trains that pass through the area and the sound is loud. Overall had a very good experience and my whole team has a great time”
