Casa Manzoni – Il Nido is a cozy studio apartment located on the ground floor of a house in the historic center of Gravedona, where you can relax without any disturb. The lakefront is less than 150 meters far, so you can reach it in less than two minutes on foot!



Furthermore, less than 50 meters from the house you will find one of the most popular panoramic terraces of the Upper side of the Lake, from which you can see the entire lakefront of Gravedona!



Within a radius of about 500 meters you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy).



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and American coffee machine;



To complete the studio apartment we find a comfortable sofa bed, a foldaway single bed and a smart TV.



The bathroom has a large shower with glass box, toilet, bidet and sink.



In common with the apartment above there is a laundry room, in which you will find a sink, a washer-dryer, drying racks and an iron with its board.



The apartment does not have a private parking space, however there are several free public parking lots nearby.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
