“Check in was convenient. The location was great for renting a boat, getting gas, paddling and kayaking. Plenty of room inside, great size kitchen and appliances. Washer and dryer on same floor a bonus. sleeping accommodations primarily in basement except for master on third floor and 2 twins only on main floor, the rest in basement and one is shared with the water heater system and pump system lull you to sleep. “House was very clean. The king beds were very comfortable (I never tried the twin beds). We had two minor issues/questions while there - communication with owner was easy and we had quick responses. There were plenty of bath towels. Only minor complaint is I wish we had extra hand and kitchen towels, for when one was in the wash. Dishwasher detergent was provided but not laundry detergent. House is in a quiet family neighborhood, nice location.”

“The apartment was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Slept well. I was very happy to see coffee pods for the mornings. Very safe area and quiet. Easy to get to the water for our Mail Boat ride. Jason responded to my questions quickly. Will contact him again ”
