“Everything was perfect except:- Toilet did not flush well. Clogged a couple times.I had to plunge it.- the neighbor was shooting a pistol in his back yard at 5PM. That was weird. - please replace the mattress on the bed. It is well worn. Some landscape work would be nice. ”

“This was a great cabin property that is walking distance from a winery - but was for me even greater for allowing quick access to Ohiopyle (hiking) and Morgantown (WVU graduation weekend at a very affordable rate). The cabin was clean and well-maintained, the decks were very nice for enjoying the peaceful creek below. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the home felt very safe - I’d definitely stay again in the future. ”

“Wooded and beautiful, close to winery and restaurants, short drive to Ohiopyle. The house was lovely, especially the living room with a gas fireplace and comfy couch. The deck has a great view of the creek and the kitchen served our needs perfectly.”

“Nice cabin with relaxing stream close to the outdoor amenities (Hot tub and fire pit). Accessible location with easy access to attractions in the laurel highlands. ”

“We had a girls weekend away which had been long overdue. Paddlington Bear Cottage was the perfect place. It was quiet, very clean oasis away from home. We were not aware that the hot tub was shared with another cottage so were surprised to see other people in it at first but we had no problems sharing. Overall it was a great stay!”

“We had a wonderful family ski trip at Wisp and stayed here (just a few minutes away) for a long weekend. Very clean, cozy, and welcoming home with fantastic communication from the host. We would absolutely recommend and would be happy to stay here again!”

“This house is centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, Laurel Caverns, Nemacolin, and Ohiopyle State Park trails. Everything is just 10-15 minute drive but when you come back to the house after a long day, you feel like you are in the country far away from the rest of the world, so you can relax and recharge for the next day. ”

“This place was absolutely perfect. Long weekend escape from the city. Private enough to enjoy a hot tub or outdoor activities without other people in your face. “Where do I start?! What a peaceful and perfect weekend. I would do this 365 days a year if I could. What a great spot, immersed in nature. The first night we had a bonfire- we saw 3 planets and plenty of stars in the night sky. Both mornings were spent bird watching- there are so many!!!! What great placement for the feeders. We loved all of the movies, the kitchen, and just how cozy and peaceful ever second was. Thank you so much. We miss it already!”

“Overall the property was amazing. Well secluded but lots to do within a few miles. This is out in the woods so you can expect low water pressure. When we first arrived the upstairs smelled like sewage but the area recently got a lot of rain and as soon as we started using the water/drains in went away. This place is spacious and worked perfect for our aunt/niece getaway! Very cozy and the beds were very comfortable! This house had everything basic you needed down to some shampoo and soap! ”

“The location of this property, right beside a picturesque little creek, is perfect. We stayed with friends during a snowy long weekend. The house was nice and warm despite the cold and snowy weather. One thing to note is that the bedrooms have low ceilings, so people who are tall should be aware. ”
