There is no furniture to sit on, only the bed, which was a bit creaky. The walls seem to be quite thin, it was easy to hear conversation in the adjoining...

“This is a clean, spacious & quiet basement apartment w/big windows & view. It was reasonably priced, in a great location & perfect for our needs. There were nice touches, like water bottles in the fridge & microwave popcorn & snacks on the kitchen counter left for us. We loved having a large sectional to relax on. The kitchen was well stocked & had a table that could seat up to 6 people (although, for some reason there were only 5 chairs). Our stay was for a funeral but we spent one evening...
