“We enjoyed our stay for a weekend in Incline Village. The place is very nice. It has a big kitchen and lots of communal space which was great for cooking, eating meals, and playing games. There are lots of places to sleep and plenty of towels and blankets for several guests. There’s a nice outdoor porch right on the golf course. It’s also in really close proximity to restaurants/groceries and the beaches. We had great communication with the owner, Kalen, who was very helpful and easy to reach....

“Perfect location and the view is magical. Air conditioning is top notch and we stayed at perfect temperature the whole trip. We had everything we needed and the kitchen functions very well. Cabin was clean and comfortable!! The deck was one of our favorite places to sit and relax and just take in the views. The paved driveway was a game changer and it went all the way around so no backing out and plenty of parking for cars and trailers. We will be back and enjoy this spot again!!”

“Adorable small home in an awesome location on the east side of Cedar City. Across the street from a walking park and walk out the door trails. Home is super clean and hosts are immediately responsive and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Shared backyard is fenced in for dogs. Very close to downtown and Shakespeare festival. ”

“Beautiful house. Amazing view. plenty of room beds were comfortable driveway was a bit of a challenge for two trailers ,one boat and one ATV plus kayaks. House shows some wear and tear, could use some TLC.”

“Our stay was great. Only surprise was sprinklers coming on a little after 6 am. Really would have loved to enjoy coffee by the water. Maybe set timers to middle of the night?A few suggestions: trim plant material in front of Adirondack chairs for open view of lake. Clean windows, esp those that show view, replace all inoperable light bulbs for more light and clean cobwebs inside and out. Overall, we loved our stay and would return. Thanks for a wonderful time!”
