It was so clean, plenty of room for our family of 5, well stocked with wood for camp fire, etc. It is perfectly quiet, and you are on a short road, off a cup-de-sac - so I never felt isolated (which I don’t enjoy!). But don’t worry about noise from others - we never even heard/saw another car drive by. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

A grocery store essentially right up the road, the town of Southwest harbor a couple miles down, very easy access to Acadia National Park. “We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Loon Song Cottage. The cottage has a screened front porch, which you don't see often in vacation rentals. (So many times I have wished that we could keep the front door open, but can't without a screen.) The cottage is nice and new, and very clean. The bedrooms were cozy, the beds were comfortable, the decor was nice. Sara gave us tips on places to eat and visit, which were helpful.
