“We are NOT camping people. This property was so wonderful that we got the full benefits of camping, while still retaining all the comforts of home. We actually used the word “home” a lot told refer to our yurt. The other thing we kept noting throughout our stay was how “thoughtful” every detail was. This place is high quality and truly awesome.”

“Me and my 3 dogs stayed and had an amazing time. The location is great for excursions into the park to hike or drive around as well as easy access into Bar Harbor. The only difference between the online listing and the cabin was the carpet appears to be recently replaced with laminate flooring that made it even easier to clean up after the dogs. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was in a beautiful spot with a nice view of the water. And it was in a very peaceful and quiet area. The cottage was perfect for our little family of three.”

“We had a lovely stay at this house. The beds were comfortable. We had small children, and the rooms were quiet. The downstairs has a lot of space and separate living rooms for people to have quiet time. We cooked many meals, and the kitchen worked well. Jane was a great communicator, making everything so easy. She even left us lovely snacks to get us started. Highly recommend”

“The location is fantastic. It was an easy 1/2 mile walk to the center of town, making it really convenient to hop on the Island Explorer or go to dinner in town. It was a good amount of space, with a reasonably sized living room for the 4 of us and it was great to also have a full-size kitchen.
