The house was steps away from the Rusty Anchor restaurant, pool, and beach. We loved it and hope to return!”

The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”

“The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.”

The property included plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie and paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets (various sizes), and beach chairs. Genuinely perfection in paradise!Tip for future renters: If you plan to rent a vehicle, low ground clearance vehicles are not ideal for driving to BeauSoleil Beach House. ”

“Our week at Savage Sands was amazing! The house is impecably kept and has everything you need for your stay in Exuma (tons of beach and pool toys for the family!) The views are incredible, the beach is clean and calm to relax or be in the ocean all day. We loved hanging out in the infinity pool. The inside of the house is beautiful, very airy and bright, very pleasant to lie ge indoors and look at the views. Only thing I wished was an outdoor dinning area in the back with views to the ocean, but...

“Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house. Nothing like having a private beach to yourself. Eric has probably been the most responsive host I've had and provided a phenomenal guide for the house and area. During low tide I recommend the walk across to the island on mosquito cay, the beach is unreal. Also before you head out to a local business or restaurant call ahead, they don't follow there posted business hours. Highly recommend will be back”
