“Great apartment. Very nicely set up and clean. Supplies of coffee and other disposables were great. Ice to have driveway parking. Would totally rent again. Only minor drawback was the sound from the upstairs people ( older house can’t totally control).”

“This is a great little studio that's convientely located near the Red line (15 minute walk). The walk is up a hill, so if you're not feeling up to that after a day of sightseeing, you can take the D8 bus. The neighborhood is safe-ish, never had a problem walking to/from the apartment even late at nights, but you may have some people ask you for money. You're also very close to a Giant foods, which is handy. The host was very accomodating and even had bottled and sparkling water in the fridge...

“Property is beautiful clean but could have used additional basic kitchen supplies such as alum foil Saran Wrap ziploc bags etc. To no fault of the owner Vrbo failed to send access code. However owner was very responsive providing the code at 10:30pm when we arrived.”

“Little Oatlands was the perfect place for our outdoor wedding and we’re very happy we chose it. If you are planning to do the same, and have family stay in the guest house for the weekend, read the contract *carefully*. We skimmed it and failed to realize that you’ll need to take all trash bags to the dumpster by the barn and strip all of the bed sheets and put them downstairs, etc…”

“The only complaint we have about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable (my husband got his first ever sleep score in the 90s!). The location was perfect for us - close to our daughter's university and walking distance to the zoo, the metro, Nat'l Cathedral, plus great shops and restaurants!”
