We were able to watch spectacular sunsets in the evening.The apartment itself has everything you might need. There is a large living room with ample seating and a small dining area within the kitchen. The hallway is shared with the other apartment which is really not a problem. “The property is newly renovated and despite being on the main drag next to a very popular bar, it was quiet. The owners are very responsive when there was confusion with instructions and checked in to make sure things were going well. A great walking path is across the street. The hallway leading to the condo had a stale smoke smell from other tenants in the building which could bother someone with sensitivities. ”
