“Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. ”

“The amenities were in good condition.We were not able to access WiFi despite keying in provided codes.Also we were not able to get free to air TV.Outlook was poor - onto paling fences.Better planting in big pots outside would make a huge difference as the entrance to the property is disappointing.Car parking is awkward.”
