“2 Grandparents, two parents, one 8 year old. The two bathrooms were a must-have feature. Two bedrooms. The 8 year old could have slept on the couch in the common area downstairs, but slept in the 2nd bedroom in a bunk bed, where parents were in a double bed. Individual heating/air units were a real plus and worked fine. Everything very clean. You might want to bring a night light. Close driving proximity to the Village and to Great Escape. Hot top was nice addition. Huge property with a lots of place for kids to run and play. Property its only about 20 minutes drive to Lake George. Owner responds your questions in less then 15 minutes. Recommended for sure.”

“Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan.
