“Element hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!”
“The inn has an excellent staff that is attentive, helpful and welcoming. Many of the servers and bartenders went beyond typical service to be helpful. I was bringing a large cooler to my room and Owen offered to carry it up 2 flights of steps. Liam and the other bartenders were equally attentive and friendly. The inn offers a light continental breakfast. When we wanted a more hearty breakfast, the crew made great suggestions for local diners.

“Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk was so helpful and staff were friendly. Rooms were quiet only heard people out in the hall once. Our room was nice and clean. I accidentally booked a room with a shower instead of a tub and the staff at the front desk were understanding and were able to help switch to a room with a tub. Pool was busy but nice!”
“Bokning via Hotels.com i Europa gick inte igenom smärtfritt. Identifierades som kommandes genom Expedia och lyckades inte boka rum under första dygnet vilket förstörde våra planer på att använda hotellet som arbetsplats under söndagen. Tvingades åka till ett annat hotell när vi anlände utmattade vid 01.30 på morgonen. Ingen kompensation på priset för detta. Dåligt. Hotellet rent och bekvämt, dock väldigt fuktigt, vilket AC'n inte fixade att torka ut. Smutsiga fönster som inte gick att öppna...
