“Lovely, quiet spot with beautiful view of the water, especially from the breakfast nook/porch. There's another deck facing the woods next to the house. Other quiet spots to relax include a reader's nook by a window, a futon upstairs with an ocean view, and another futon with a TV in case you need it. The house is immaculate, and has everything you'll need, an outdoor grill, blowdryer, etc. Owner, Ray, came to chat after we arrived and had great recommendations for places to go and things to do...

“The property is obviously a remodel and still being worked in. Directly on a road that can be busy and noisy at times. Plenty of room, and bathroom is very nice but water pressure is low, and took a long time to get hot water in the bathroom. Some switches are in odd locations and none are labeled. Ceiling fan in master bedroom is wired incorrectly (both the light and the fan are wired to the dimmer switch). The front door electronic lock needs better instructions on how to unlock and lock....
