“Michaels place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near grocery stores and close to all the lovely restaurants of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Michael was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!”

“Gateway to Apple Hill area, downtown Placerville and surrounding towns. Grocery and Pharmacies near by. Close to freeway but still very quiet and peaceful.”

“This property fit our needs. A couple of things that didn't meet high standards - the creamer for the coffee needs to be pitched. Also, the link to information about the heating/cooling system didn't work. We had to find another site. It was nice to have shampoo, hand soap, etc. in the bathrooms but they weren't high quality.”

“This apartment was absolutely beautiful! So well designed and well updated. The kitchen and dining area were beautiful - would have been great for having a big dinner and board game night or dinner party. I would recommend ear plugs if you’re planning on sleeping in - the train and light rail are pretty loud in the very early morning. Otherwise, would definitely recommend! ”

“We spent the weekend in Applehill to visit some apple farms with our 3 yr old son, and were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was nicely decorated, modern updated, very clean and had everything we need. Air conditioning was a plus for warm days. Check in was very easy and convenient. Close to freeway and short drive to apple farms. Would stay here again!”

“Could use a deep cleaning. Had to buy silverware hot pads, aluminum pan, so all 4 of us could have enough utensils to eat, and bake. Microwave door frame cracked. Only 3 chairs for dining room table. Host slow to respond to messages.”

“Dirty af, there were bugs and mildew in the shower. I showered with my sandals on! Half of the amenities that were listed weren't there! No pool, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, utensils, towels or even hand soap!!! Guy (Luis, I think) doesn't answer the phone when called and isn't very responsive. Honestly this was my first time using the app and I'll most likely be going back to hotel life after this experience.”

“This was our second stay at this cottage. We have friends we visit in Sacramento. It is so peaceful! The lovely grounds and welcoming porch make it a perfect place to relax. The kitchen has everything, the sheets are great, wonderful views of the garden plus wild turkeys! Just lovely.”
