The apartment was clean and well maintained and offered everything we expected. Maurizio was very welcoming and helpful. Even the two dogs in the neighbour apartment were very friendly. Clarissa, the property manager, quickly responded to any and all questions. “Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in Casa Martilde. Gezellig huis met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembadje. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep soepel. Hij informeerde regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Locatie dichtbij gezellige plaatsjes.”

“The outside space - swimming pool, seating area, BBQ etc - was fantastic and much bigger than expected. It was cleaned regularly and very relaxing. The apartment was small but perfectly big enough for the two of us. The bathroom needs some TLC as and shower wasnt the best. Some sort of welcome book and instructions would be helpful, and no wifi was suprising. It is a short walk to restaurants and to a fantastic beach.”
