This hotel is not a 5 star!
We believe that the suite with shared pool we booked was a family room when there were two beds in the living room instead of a couch group. We were offered another room after we talked to the manager but even in that suite there were two beds in the living room, which is strange since this hotel is only for adults and then preferably couples. The beach is not close, from our room at the top of the area, it was 1,8 kilometers and it’s mostly down that distance. There was nowhere when we booked that there was a hotel with backs and stairs in whole area. The hotel has four restaurants each of two is buffé for dinner at night, so it felt like an all-inclusive hotel because of it. But fortunately there was an à la carte restaurant that was absolutely amazing, food and staff. The buses in the hotel area supposed to go every 10-20 minutes from morning to night, but it didn’t work so well. After one dinner at night, we had to wait 40 to 45 minutes to get up to our room. We made a point at the reception several times but they weren’t very helpful. We travel a lot and have lived in many hotels all over the world where most of them were five stars and this hotel does not come uo in their class. This hotel is more like 3 stars. The fact that you as guest have to buy water every day at the store instead of the hotel filling up daily in the room says quite a lot.

Extraordinary excellent staff
Amazingly nice and supportive staff, made our holiday the best! Nice hotel build on a hill with several levels and stairs. Steep slope up to the main building/reception/dining area and pool. Nice room, but without a view, shadowed by big pines, and regretfully not soundproofed. Very noisy, woke up early every morning by buses and lorries stopping and starting outside the room or by neighbors leaving, slamming doors, using WC etc. Bus stop right outside the gate for easy travelling to the nicer beaches Tassos, Kalithea, Oasis etc as well as Rhodos town. Prices for food and drinks quite reasonable being a 5-star hotel. Pool area overcrowded, not enough sun beds for all guests, probably due to peak season. Good wifi. Nice room. Due to high season quite expensive hotel, but all-in-all we would recommend the hotel.

Grym semester!
Fantastiskt hotell men fräscha rum och otrolig utsikt! Nära både in till faliraki, stranden och även hyrbilar om man så vill hyra bil någon dag. Buss går även nedanför hotellet var 20 minut till både rhodos och faliraki. Frukosten hade mycket att erbjuda och var väldigt bra. Kan tänka mig att åka tillbaka igen!

Ett fantastiskt hotel, men en otrolig trevlig och hjälpsam personal. De gör verkligen allt för att hjälpa gästerna med att få en fantastiskt semester, rummet var i nyrenoverat skick och rent, frukosten var super god och fanns en mängder med olika val att välja på. Att käka lunch och middag på hotellet var i bra pris (runt 150 kr per måltid) och maten var super god. Det ända som kunde varit lite bättre var gymmet då det inte fanns så många olika vikter

Stort fint hotell
Stort hotell med många byggnader. Kan varmt rekommendera om man inte har problem att gå. Väldigt backig och rätt långt till stranden. Hotellet har dock egna bussar som snurrar runt & hämtar gästerna.

Rum med privat pool 5+
Hade ett rum med privat pool Exklusivt rum tror jag det kallades. Själva rummet och terrassen med poolen var underbar med fin utsikt över havet. Poolrengöring gjordes varje dag så var fräscht och städerskorna var väldigt trevliga och gjorde det man förväntar sig. Wifi var sämst där jag bodde men funkar fint runt allmänna poolen, bar, restaurangerna och huvudbyggnaden. Är brant i hela området men går en buss som man kan ta var 20:e minut även ner till stranden. Frukosten var väldigt bra. En bra liten minimarkt som var perfekt att ha. Finns inget att göra utanför området utan man måste ta sig till andra ställen med det färdmedel man väljer. Jag hade bara för avsikt att chilla och vila upp mig så för mig var stället perfekt.

Bra frukost.
Väldigt trevligt o proffsigt över lag. Men vakna av att dom rullar vagnar på asfalten utanför kl 7. 5 stjärnigt hotell med kaffe bryggare utan kaffe el te på rummet var ett stort minus. Blev tillsagd i receptionen att köpa det i hotell butiken. Aldrig varit med om det på ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Fin o trevlig frukost med bra bemötande.

Ett fantastiskt get-away-hotell!
En helt fantastisk vecka på ett hotell med hög standard och bra service. Vi hade förmånen att bo i en "villa" längst upp för backen (ovanför receptionsbyggnaden) med egen pool och en fantastisk utsikt över havet från balkong, vardagsrum och sovrum. Hotellets bussar till och från stranden var en bra tilläggsservice eftersom backarna är relativt branta (det är dock bara ca 500 m till stranden, så nerförsbacken är inga problem). Hotellets två restauranger levererade över förväntan och servicen hos personalen var fantastisk! Detta hotell kan varmt rekommenderas av oss! :)

The hotel met my expectations, but there is room for improvement. Firstly, the hotel is in a beautiful location between Falaraki and Kallithea. Breathtaking views from the room and around the hotel grounds and facilities. The hotel spans across three levels with lots of steps and pathways leading through woodlands to and from the reception which is beautiful but not good for those who have any mobility issues. There is an onsite shuttle bus that runs to and from reception as well as to the beach. This does however stop in the evening so you would have to walk back. There are good public transport links outside the hotel that takes you to rhodes town, falaraki, lindos etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious, however the bathrooms had a terrible drain/sewer smell. The bathroom everyday smelt of this and the shampoo container wasnt that of a luxury hotel, had cardboard hanging out of it and the quality was poor. The bbalcony pool on our room was a ggreat feature but the water was cold and full of leaves, branches from the trees. lt should be cleaned regularly during the stay. The hotel staff were absolutely great, very accommodating and welcoming. The bar staff make a great cocktail, and are very friendly. The food options are great at all times, late night options as well as room service. Enjoyed the stay apart from the poor quality shampoo/shower gel products. As well as the smell of the bathroom - if the bathrooms door was left open it would make the room smell like it.

Excellent hotel & lovely staff but my gluten-free diet wasn't catered for very well & there's a very limited choice of restaurants nearby - started with 3 and went down to 2 with the nearest town being a 12 Euros each way taxi journey. Also, the number of steps around the property was a bit challenging.

We loved the property and the sea view room with shared pool we booked. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The weather was amazing and we had a very relaxing week there. It was a shame that the shared pool wasn’t heated and was freezing cold! However, we did use the two main heated swimming pools instead but they were quite crowded.
