Pensionat i Green Cove Springs

“The property was just as described. Nicely remodeled older home in a quiet neighborhood. My wife and I spent our evenings here while attending a wedding and visiting family in the area. It was perfect for the two of us. Lori is a good host and communicated very well.”

“The room was very nice and clean! They had it done before checkin and we were able to get into it early which was nice. It was very quiet even with it being above the bar.”

“This is a very cute and cozy property. As Jacksonville natives, we just wanted a change of scenery for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. We decided to stay in a side of town we weren't familiar with and really loved this space. Nearby to some local shops and a few venues we were excited to stumble into. The bed is incredibly plush and a welcomed embrace after a long day of walking. Very clean and well thought out presentation. A great place for a couples weekend! ”

“Super great location walking into town. The hosts have thought of everything! and I really appreciate that i wasn't forced to strip the bed, load the dishwasher, etc... the way other hosts require and then follow through with threats to charge more money as penalty on top of already exorbitant rates. I will certainly return here!!”

“Quiet area. Short walk to shops”

“The location is excellent! The bed is fantastic. The balcony is awesome. Super easy to communicate with Tim.”
