Staff were rude and very unhelpful and that was if you could find someone. Power was out on occasions which made the rooms miserable. Elevators did not work WiFi was offline constantly. our room flooded and no one helped to clean up the water. It flooded due to shower problems. the food had no flavor ...

The resort was excellent! Great beach, clean rooms and facilities. Food was great and the staff were friendly. The only draw back was getting reservations for some of the restaurants. Otherwise, we had an amazing vacation at Hotel Riu Negril.
